Ongoing communication between home and school is highly valued at St Lawrence.
At the end of term 2, we provide an opportunity for students, families and teachers to come together and discuss student learning through Learning Conversations. This is a great opportunity for students, families and teachers to talk about the strengths and challenges a child may have in their learning, and possible goals for the rest of the year.
Families also have access to online student portfolios through the use of the Seesaw App. This App is designed to help families see the learning happening in the classroom, as well as provide ongoing ways to view student reflections and teacher feedback given in class.
Students have two formal reports sent home each year, one for each semester of learning.
